ALU 300 is designed to cut aluminium and PVC profiles in series at double 45 degree angle and to drill connection holes. One operation takes about 10-15 seconds. The machine securely fixes the part with pressure holders. The cutting saw and drilling unit are pneumatic (automatic) moving. The part size can be adjusted easily and accurately with a precision measuring ruler. The left cutting group is fixed and the right cutting group is mobile. The mobile group can move easily with linear guides with lubrication unit. Optionally, precise and fast measurements can be obtained with servo controls.
