BDC Beam Drilling Machine is an economic and small footprint metal working machine
Except standard beams, you can process machine blade, bracket and parts of different shapes with some auxiliary devices
Drilling , tapping , chamfering , layout marking and milling process can be done easily
FANUC CNC control system was used in machine and spare parts can be found all around the world
Also to do slotting process , there is inside supporting axis in the machine which can work 250 mm
According to your request , machine length can be produced between 6m and 30 m
Linear slides and ball screws are lubricated with automatic central lubrication system and it doesnt need any maintenance
Thanks to eco-friendly MQL system inside and outside of spindle can be cooled for tools
Automatic Tool Changer (ATC)
All measurements are done with RENISHAW brand products
Thanks to tool measurement system , the problems sourced from tool impact can be removed
Thanks to climate system in electrical panel , machine can work even in high temperature
CAM software which makes easier the operator's job
